The certificate data and security results shown serve exclusively for educational and informational purposes. TLS inspection depends on the server configuration, the path taken through load balancers and CDNs, and the moment of the check; results can therefore differ from what a browser observes and can change at any time. The checks cannot prove the security of a server or a domain. All contents are without engagement and non-binding; the operator reserves the right to change, supplement, delete or temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the application or the entire offering without separate notice.
For direct or indirect references to external websites ("hyperlinks") that lie outside the operator's area of responsibility, liability would only apply if the operator had knowledge of the contents and it was technically possible and reasonable for the operator to prevent use in the case of illegal contents. The application does not collect, store or process any personal data. No IP addresses, browser identifiers or user profiles are recorded. For every inspection, this server connects to the target host and performs a TLS handshake; the operator of the target host sees a connection from this server. The certificate transparency check queries the public Cert Spotter API and transmits the host name to it. Inspection results are cached on this server for a few minutes.
